Good Vibrations a plenty as we explore the way in which we make different kinds of vibrations and produce different kinds of sounds. Reinforcing the key curricular elements at the same time, the children will experience acoustic, electric, brass and woodwind sounds and how those different vibrations have created “Pop"-ular music of all styles throughout the ages. This programme is a great follow on from our String Family programme, but also stands alone as a complete guide to the music curriculum. It encourages children to rethink the normal assumption’s around "pop" and "classical" music and rather listen with discernment to a wide range of music and judge what we like on an idividual basis. It also provides a great cross curricular link into science, vibrations and sound.
